Why I would recommend WordPress so strongly
If someone were to ask me what software they should use to start out with web development, I would personally recommend WordPress to them. From what I’ve learned about WordPress, WordPress is very beginner friendly and is a very good place to start out with for many reasons, for one it is one of the most widely accessible web content management systems currently available with a large majority of websites being powered by it. The simple and to the point methods it provides for creating web content such as pages is also a major contributor to its wide accessibility, making it so anyone can learn how to master it in due time.
